Activities

1. Provide teaching courses and internship programs
2. Provide regular seminars, workshops and lectures by HIPP members and by local or visiting professionals and academics
3. Engage Hong Kong government departments and politicians to:
   1. raise the awareness and recognition of professional patent practitioners
   2. clarify and formulate patent policies
   3. institute and engage in consultations to effect reforms in patent or other related laws and procedures (including international searching)
4. Engage CIPA, FICPI, AIPPI, WIPO etc to develop relevant training programs, policies and patent law reforms
5. Engage international government patent offices to develop relevant multi-lateral agreements
6. Engage and associate with relevant non-government organizations, associations chambers and other bodies
7. Raise awareness of patents and other IP rights among scientists, engineers, technical and other relevant professionals.
